I will begin and end this review by saying, “Matt Veronica is AMAZING!” From my initial inquiries into my out-of-state move, Matt was instrumental at orchestrating the entire process. He even connected me with a local realtor to sell my home in Cali. He put me in touch with a broker who helped so much in finding a loan that would be specialized for my circumstances. Once my daughter and I were finally able to take the time to look at homes here, he organized the perfect route that made the home search easy and less time consuming since I was on a tight schedule…yet he didn’t rush me at all. He was so patient! And when an unforeseen event happened whereby I was unable to purchase the first home I made an offer on, Matt got straight to work at getting me into another home that turned out to be the most perfect choice for us. He was so gracious through the process and I really couldn’t recommend his expertise more to anyone searching for a home! Matt Veronica is TRULY AMAZING!

We highly recommend Rich Milburn for anyone who is looking for a realtor that’s going to go above and beyond! We relocated to Arizona from Colorado, so we needed someone who was going to do a little more for us, and Rich did that! He was on top of getting showings set up when we came to town for a quick weekend, and was knowledgeable about the area, so we could get to as many as we could. Rich was a great partner to lean on during negotiations showing his expertise in the process. He kept us completely informed during the inspection and the process after as we couldn’t be there in person ourselves. Rich even kept an eye on the house till we could move in, periodically driving by and giving us an update! Not to mention, he met us there when we arrived to welcome and congratulate us in person!
