I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a good choice. We rented a scooter for 5 weeks. You get charged each week until you return it. It was a nice, sturdy knee scooter. The gentleman at the pick up location came out to help us as we were picking it up. He was very friendly and showed us how everything worked. Drop off was super easy - just text "Return" and the number on the scooter. Cons (but I still decuded to give a 5-star review because it worked out): Initially, I had some questions and had called a phone number for Knee Scooter USA, but that representative was not able to give me any real answers except "you can find that info on the website." All in all, I am glad we gave this a try. We were able to rent a much higher quality knee scooter than I planned to buy on Amazon, and then I didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to store the scooter after we were done with it.

These folks are fantastic! The reservation process was easy and quick. Picking up the scooter was a breeze and having the auto renewal made keeping the scooter a few extra days very simple. Drop off was just as easy and a simple text process confirmed the receipt of the scooter by the company. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

I was able to leave "urgent care"with my temporary cast and pick up the knee scooter on a Sunday afternoon at a fraction of the cost that a local medical supply company would have charged. Easy peasy! I really appreciated being able to rent a scooter the same day for a decent price!! You just reserve a scooter on the website and then you receive a text right away with instructions for contactless pickup. It comes with a super helpful basket, is comfy, and foldable. I also liked that it's week by week since I didn't know how long I would need it. You get auto charged each week until you return it.
