Fantastic workout!! Fantastic instructors! The instructors are very knowledgeable and explain things so well for beginners as well as more expirenced boxers to keep the class just right for each person. I was very happy with the welcoming atmosphere and felt like I belonged my very first day! Whenever an instructor noticed I was new, they immediately came up to introduce themselves and welcomed me to Knockout! Just Awesomef!!!

Workouts are hard but its a challenge perfect for all ages! The instructors are top notch, very knowledgeable & friendly. I've always been a weight lifter but adding cardio/ kick-boxing/boxing has really changed up my routine in the best way possible. I'm so happy to be a part of the knockout fitness community!
