Looking for the best spa experience for a special occasion? I took my daughters here right before Thanksgiving. Even though it was busy, the service was outstanding. From the soothing music to the spotless facilities, every detail was perfect. The staff met our needs with such professionalism that we felt completely pampered. If you want a 5-star massage and a staff that goes above and beyond, this is the place. A total 10/10 experience!

The experience was okay, but not quite 5 star. Front desk service was average, but both of my estheticians were excellent. Some safety concerns like wet floors throughout, even in the elevator. Worth trying once. If you don't mind to share amenities (pools, saunas, etc.) are for both females and males.

This place was wonderful! I spent the day and the spa and the spa was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. There are 2 floors and an outdoor area so make sure to come early to enjoy all the services. I got a facial and a massage and the facial was the best I have ever had! We already booked our trip to come back during the winter months to stay at the American Club

Absolutely awesome experience! We spent almost the entire day relaxing. The massage from Marisol was excellent! The amenities are perfect, from the steam shower to the cold plunge and the Himalayan Salt sauna. The pool is outstanding! We love this place and we hope to return each year!
