Shawana was AMAZING! I've never hired a cleaning service before but I've been so stressed with moving apartments and decided to have someone clean before my move-out. I could not be more impressed and thrilled with the quality of her work! Punctual, super friendly and kind, and incredibly detailed. Just across the board pleasant experience with the office staff and beyond amazed by Shawana! I would give more than five stars if I could.

So happy I switched to Kokoro Cleaning Service!! As an operator of a short term rental property in Las Vegas I switched to Kokoro Cleaning Service after receiving too many complaints from guests about cleaning done by my prior housekeeping service. Ever since, all my guests have been very happy with the cleaning and their experience overall, and I have not received a single complaint about cleaning or a cleanliness rating below 5/5 stars! They also do the proper restocking every time are very communicative and super quick to respond, and are highly professional. I highly recommend working with Kokoro!!

Amazing service and staff! Sol was the loveliest and kindest lady who did the most amazing job. I do not know what kind of magical powers she had but Sol made my entire house sparkling clean! She made my house look like it belongs in showroom. Sol was so detailed, not one speck of dust is left in my home. The whole company is amazing, I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager, Afra who is just so gracious and helpful. If you need a cleaning service, Kokoro is the best and make sure to request Sol!! Thank you Sol and Kokoro!!

Very grateful for such wonderful service provided by Kokoro Cleaners. I was in a timeline pinch to get my apartment cleaned. I called late on Saturday (almost closing time) and I was greeted by kindness and professionalism on the phone. My information was gathered, services were explained and a rate was given. And here I sit, on the very next day (Sunday) in a thoroughly clean apartment! A team of 2 had my place sparkly clean in just an hour! They were friendly, efficient, and communicated well with me. I would highly recommend using Kokoro Cleaners.
