KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

This place was great and Yu’an was a great help. She provided excellent service and was very patient and kind with our first time at hot pot.

I am writing this as I am sitting here. I come here often because I work walking distance away. Food is always good and the servers are SO NICE. But the service. SUCKS. Idk why or how to be honest. Every time I come in so I am going to give it a break. They have an iPad for you to order but your order never comes together EVER. You have a 90min eat time and it takes them 8-10mins to bring the food out. Then they forget something and then you have to wait another 10mins or so. I order a drink for lunch. It took 15mins for it to come. I’m almost done with my lunch by that time. I asked the server (And again the servers are SO NICE) about my missing items. She said the kitchen is focusing on the meat. It’s a kitchen they should be focused on ALL foods. And you should double check my ticket before bringing it to me. Another thing. I ate solo. So my tab should have been roughly $30. It was double and I’m like what’s up you gave me the right ticket? It took her 5 mins or so to fix that. I didn’t tip average 20% because of this. I tipped 10%. Self service station could be a lot more organized. Always people running into each other.

It’s a nice place, the food is good, the servers are pretty quick, and they won’t extort you if don’t finish the last two slices of bulgogi like some other Korean barbecue places. 80% off wagyu raises more concerns than hype. Whoever made the floor plan seriously needs psychiatric help.

Bella was an outstanding server and was very respectful and kind. The food was awesome as always and i love coming here to celebrate birthdays. The self serve bar always serve haha get it , im sorry . But anyways excellent restaurant altogether i hope this place stays open till 100years old :)))))

I had an absolutely wonderful dinner here recently, and it is easily one of my new favorite spots in Arlington. If you are looking for a place that nails both the food and the vibe, this is it. The Atmosphere The energy in the restaurant is top-tier. They had K-pop playing throughout the night, which kept the mood upbeat and fun. It’s the perfect backdrop for a lively BBQ dinner—whether you're a die-hard fan of the music or just love a high-energy environment, it really elevates the whole dining experience. The Food The BBQ itself was delicious. The meats were high quality, seasoned perfectly, and hit that smoky, savory sweet spot you crave from a great grill. It’s clear they care about the ingredients they’re putting on the table. The Highlight: Exceptional Service What truly made the night "worth it" was our waitress, Yuan. She was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service can make or break a meal, and Yuan’s hospitality turned a great dinner into an unforgettable one.

This place was lovely! I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time going but our server Nate was incredible, helped us and taught us how the experience worked. Food was amazing and overall was a really enjoyable restaurant!😊
