ZERO STARS. We are not hard people to please. And this isn’t the first home we’ve bought. An honest family that was trying to buy a home from out of state. This review is a must to warn others. Do NOT ever buy a home he had someone flip!!!! EVER! We just moved at the end to Sept into a flipper he had done & it’s been nothing but PROBLEMS! Plumbing issues that were poorly & cheaply done! Our professional plumber (we had to find!) couldn’t believe some of the short cuts they took & how POORLY these jobs were done, which has cost us a LOT of money in repairs. Our cabinet repair guy said the kitchen cabinets weren’t installed right either! They used the WRONG PAINT in the bathrooms (a cheap ABSORBING paint!) & all over the house they used paint that with no coating, no finish on it, chips easily, marks easily. They never did the finishing work where walks meet baseboards. HUGE GAPS in many places where things weren't installed right. The toilet in the master bath wasn’t installed right (just had our plumber out AGAIN for that bc it was leaking!) The cheapest possible routes for everything, just to make more money off people!! The work is lipstick on a pig. We reached out to them regarding our first plumbing issue & they REFUSED to make it right! STAY AWAY! 1/31/26 EDIT- We now have found that our towel rack in the master bathroom has been held up by a STICK, an outside BRANCH. The guy poked a HUGE gaping hole in our wall & used a STICK to hang our towel rack. This is what we have been finding all along!!
