Holy crap!!! Literally the best place on the planet. I would give them every last dollar I have. Shout out the employees. They are the best and need to be praised. Thatcher needs to throw them all a big party. I would recommend to anyone that likes to do anything. The café is so good. The place is super clean. The air tracks are amazing. I can do a 1080 front full. Just saying, that's pretty cool. Anyways, shoutout the goats. Come here for a great time.
I normally frequent KTR Mesa but during the hot season wanted to get my kids a couple months of action in air conditioning so I gave it a try and was pretty happy with the results. Firstly Harley at the front desk greets you with a smile and a warm spirit and that really starts the visit out wonderfully! The skatepark is insane and seriously more than I ever expected. Couple of things of note on the mega ramp it's missing a few chunks would be nice to have that filled in so kids don't trip. The open area for acrobatics is a lot of fun although sometimes you have to bring your own ball they don't always have them out I'm sure people steal them. The Rings part is really cool but a couple of things of note it's missing a lot of rings and the first ring isn't accessible for kids under 5 ft to grab so that would be nice to have them start sooner and to replace the broken ones I imagine would be a pretty cheap endeavor. The trampoline area is awesome with an assortment of sizes of trampolines and a big fluff pad for you to do tricks into. Two massive trampolines that launch your way up in the sky and six medium size tramps that are still amazing, and a little fancy tumbling trampoline contraption that my kids have a blast on. They have a little kids area for five and under that has a real cool rope swing and a couple of tramps as well with padding on the side. The place has definitely been used by crazy kids And could use a little TLC But overall had a very positive experience And plan to come back next summer And get a few months membership again As the family deal for a hundred bucks for the month is really great and not offered at Mesa unfortunately. Thanks again and see you guys next year!
We visited this location for the 1st time a few days ago. At first, we were impressed on the location. I was one of the biggest trampoline parks we have been to. But after looking around realized the place lacked maintenance. There we many places we saw that was either falling apart, damaged, or being held together by duct tape. What also added to the poor experience, was getting some food from the snack bar. We walked up to counter to and unfriendly (almost rude) young worker. We tried to order a soda, but was told " the carbonation was not working" so couldn't get a soda. Only option we had was bottled power aid or bottled water. We order nachos and fries ($4 and $4.50).. it took over 20 minutes to receive our food. Only to be severely disappointed with quality and portion size for price paid. Tiny portion of nacho and tiny burnt portion of fries. Long story short... looked great at first, but unfriendly staff, poor maintenance, terrible food.
This was my first time at this KTR location and I don’t plan on going back unless I have heard that they’ve cleaned the place up. I went with my 7 year old and 2.5 year old and I was very disappointed in the conditions of all the play areas. Most of the padding was falling off or duct tapped and in many areas the padding was missing and the plywood was exposed. My 7 year old even commented on how gross it was. We didn’t use the skate park area but that area looked like it was actually in good shape. Paid $60 dollars after having to buy KTR grip socks for my kids to play in this for 2 hours.
We absolutely love KTR Chandler! One of the best parts of this place is Becca—she is amazing. She makes every visit feel warm and welcoming, and she’s always so kind and encouraging to the kids. Her energy truly makes this place shine, and we’re so grateful for the atmosphere she helps create. As for the facility itself—it’s incredible. Our kids can run free, jump, explore, and teach themselves all sorts of gymnastics-style tricks in a safe, well-designed environment. The toddler time is especially fantastic—it’s structured just enough, but still lets little ones move and explore at their own pace. We’re members and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
