My nails are naturally long and I came in for a gel manicure and immediately the lady cut my nails down without asking. She cut so low that my skin is over the nail. I did not say anything because it was too late - all my nails were gone. While I do enjoy coming here, today I am reconsidering coming back because my nails do not look nice at all. I would have appreciated a nice shape up since she cut them down but look at what I was left with.

Hannah is one of the best technicians I have followed her for more than 8 years now. Always get asked where I go to do my nails and I Always send them directly to Hannah! She’s great!
