It started from my phone call to see if they could fit see me, whilst I was on the forecourt of the Morningside branch who were "overflowing". The call was answered promptly, politely and positively. Drop off, assessment and pricing was efficient and then on pick up I was shown the "offending item" with explanation. So all in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

We were on our way to Inverness and had encountered a pothole that totaled out our center exhaust heat shield. Went in to the shop and told them our situation, they got us back on the road immediately. Staff were the absolute best. Thank y’all!

Dishonest. I paid around £400 for a service at Kwik Fit Edinburgh and got my car back with a huge dent that was not there before. When I contacted them, they refused to accept responsibility or resolve it. I’ll be taking action.

This Kwik fit is probably the best I've been in the UK. The manager is super efficient. I sat at reception waiting on my tyres being fitted and his customer service is way above the best. The way he speaks to his team is very professional, the calls he makes to report about a vehicle's progress to customers is clear and precise and with enough information about the issue/no issue at hand, customers who come in are welcomed and you just feel like your car would be looked after well before you hand in the keys and the advice he gives to the customers coming in to drop or pick up their vehicles is fantastic. I don't think I'd be going anywhere else after being valued this much as a customer. Was meant to give a review (he didn't ask me) last year around the same time when my tyres were done but never got round to do it. I would give this branch a medal as big as a frying pan if I had to. Top marks guys and keep it up. Your professionalism is not unnoticed. Thank you

Needed a last minute tyre change at 4pm on a Saturday. I called up and they had space to do a last minute change as long as I made it there before they closed. A bit on the pricier side compared to my usual garage but for them being a branch and how last minute it was and how helpful they were at describing the issue and willingness to help, I can’t fault that. All very friendly upon arriving and collection and just happy it was done very quickly for when I needed it most
