Marlena was a great help this week. Was stranded with no windscreen washers with a requirement to travel north for work into more winter conditions/salty roads etc Was fitted in at short notice and got a fast and efficient repair. Despite being small job on my own old car was given the same degree of care/attention that I got when I previously used this branch for my regular company car repairs/services/tyres and was charged through a lease company. Couldn’t recommend the branch here more highly. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was stuck in Edinburgh for 24 hours due to a flat tyre, and Kwik Fit were a lifesaver. The manager, Maz, was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for me in a very short time. Great service and very professional — highly recommended.

Totally unprofessional Had booked an appointment for 2l tyre change this morning..the woman that was working there (except that was rude from the start that I just pass on that) said I need all tyre change and wheel alignment cause one tyre has a screw inside but can't be fixed and the other one is out of legal limit.. and the cost will be 360£.when I refused( because the price was too much for cheap tyres) she started bargaining the price .but she didn't make a new offer instead was asking how much cheaper I found them !was so surprised!and all this recorded because we were talking on the phone..anyways ..2 hours later changed 2 tyres in another garage (the other 2 tyres were JUST FINE.. for 100£.As it seems KWIKFIT and the old saleswoman were trying to make Christmas on my back..lol..never going there again!!watch out people

Excellent service at Kwik Fit today. The team were incredibly helpful and managed to facilitate a same day appointment to get my puncture repaired. Maz was so helpful, friendly and accommodating, keeping me posted and phoning when the car was ready for collection. Amazing customer service, would highly recommend!

I turned up Sunday requiring a tyre replacement. I was immediately attended by Andy who was very helpful and thorough. He assessed all of my tyres and the need for two new tyres came to light. This is important given the driving conditions in the Winter. I was given an appointment the next morning at 11am. At this appointment I was attended by Maz who was also very helpful and friendly. I was able to return a couple of hours later to find all of the planned work done. Thanks to Andy, Maz and kwikfit for making this an easy process at a very reasonable price.
