I called on a Monday at about 11am about having some brochures printed and the employee let me know his boss is the one who handles this that he would be in soon and took down my name and phone #. I went in personally at about 1pm because I needed this urgently. Employees let me know the boss wasn’t there and he is the one who handles the computer. Said he would be in soon. Same thing he said on the phone. I asked if he could find out when the boss would be in. Took him a while, didn’t seem like he had his number. When he finally reached him on the phone, he said a customer wanted to speak to him and brought me the phone. I did not ask to speak to the boss. I told the employee I didn’t want to speak to the boss I simply wanted him to find out when he would be there so I could get the service they advertise (to print) done. I said never mind I don’t need the services anymore and left. Never did I ask to speak to the owner. Employees are unprofessional and why would they be open if the person who handles the printing isn’t there? I guess the owner finally got my message because he has called my phone multiple times after 2pm. Clearly I am an unhappy customer and I do not need their services anymore. I don’t need them to blow up my phone either.
