Absolutely amazing food. I haven't had a spider roll like this since going to little Tokyo in LA. Everything was delicious, with a fine attention to detail. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the sushi. Our server was attentive, polite and gave wonderful service. Can't wait to go back.

LOVE the food! We had blue fin tuna belly sushi in Tokyo and fell in love with it and has been searching for it in restaurants around us. We went in for that and totally enjoyed those along with the other sushis. Great service, wonderful food. Definitely coming back for more.

One of the best restaurants in town. I have been coming here nearly 15 years and it's definitely a favorite of mine. The dedication from the staff quality of food and atmosphere are top tier. BUT lately they've been lacking in quantity and quality. This place used to be fantastic food and a good quantity for your price. Now it seems like they are cutting corners at every place. Portion size has significantly decreased becoming almost half of what it used to be. Same thing with the amount of meat you get in your dish. Even the size of their sushi rolls has shrunk. I understand they are on tough times, but even the spicy sauce served with our Bebe and bop feels watered down compared to the vibrant flavor that we are used to. We have been a loyal customer here for years but it's becoming harder and harder to recommend.

I was really impressed with this restaurant in a strip mall outside Toledo. I had the black cod soup (special) some nigiri, and some genmaicha. The soup was beautifully Japanese. Clear, basic, very well-done flavors. Kyoto KA is unassuming, casual, affordable, and much better than expected.
