🚨 Review of LA Carpet – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could give zero stars, I would. LA Carpet completely butchered our master bathroom remodel, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The quality of work was embarrassingly poor, the communication was nonexistent, and when I reached out repeatedly to have their mistakes corrected, they ignored and ghosted me entirely. Here’s just a glimpse of what we went through: The shower control was installed in the wrong place, even after clear instructions — permanently ruining the layout. The shower tile was covered in grout haze, which I spent hours scrubbing myself because no one from LA Carpet would take responsibility. The shower door doesn’t even close properly, and the plastic trim is already falling apart. The shower grout is already missing in several areas, only weeks after completion. The bathroom floor was supposed to be leveled — I had to fight them just to get it done, and it’s still not level. There’s a Sharpie mark left on the tile, glue residue, and caulking smeared all over the floor and trim. The baseboards move, weren’t caulked or leveled, and the drywall was left with holes, uneven texture, and sloppy finishing. Even the metal trim in the shower isn’t straight — it’s visibly crooked and not at 90° angles as agreed upon. There is a section of discolored tile The electrical outlet was installed too deep in the wall and you couldn't put a faceplate on it. To make matters worse, their crew left trash around the house and yard for weeks until I demanded it be removed. I had to personally fix many of their mistakes out of pocket and spend hours cleaning up their mess. When I sent a detailed list with photos and requested a resolution, customer service completely ignored me. They never followed up, never apologized, and never sent anyone to correct their errors. It’s been nothing but silence since. This company should not be in business. Their craftsmanship is amateur at best, their contractors are careless, and their management clearly doesn’t care once they have your money. Save yourself the headache, time, and stress — do NOT hire LA Carpet for any remodeling project. I wouldn’t trust them to tile a doghouse, let alone a master bathroom.

LA Carpet Warehouse recently installed LVP flooring in my apartment with a cork underlay for soundproofing. They did a beautiful job. The floor looks great and the sound between floors in my apartment is so much better! The installers were knowledgeable and efficient. I also very much enjoyed working with Razmin. He guided me through the process and explained the pros and cons of the different floors I was interested in. He took his time and was very kind and patient. I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs!

Great experience! I had a small back office to carpet at my Venice home. Razmin gave a favorable quote that included everything. His installment team did a great job and the price was as quoted! Wonderful to find such a great neighborhood vendor! Highly recommend!!!

LA Carpet Warehouse is way more than a carpet place! The sell everything from carpet o hardwoods, and everything in-between. My wife and I were remodeling our house and only vaguely had an idea of what we wanted to do with our floors. Raz was a pleasure to work with, walking us through the different options in materials, explaining the differences in pricing, durability, and style (used some easy to follow car model analogies that made it super to easy to figure out how manufactures and product lines compared). He was upfront about timing and costs, which was appreciated (we get it, everyone is remodeling and shipping is tight), so we knew what to expect. Ultimately, he helped us decide on something that is beautiful and in our budget (gave us a good price, lower than other places we checked on the same floor). If you're looking for a flooring supplier, you can't go wrong with LA Carpet Warehouse. We surely didn't!
