it’s the worst facial I ever had! Will not recommend this place at all! Min, the technician who worked on me doesn’t deserve not even a star!!!! And not a penny!!! She constantly leave me seeing another customer! If she says will be back in 7 min, that’s the longest 7minutes ever! She doesn' tell you what she is doing! She will put some cream, then leaves! And you don’t know when she is coming back! Extraction is a part of the package I got, she did 2 and that’s the most I got!!! She hurt me giving the laser treatment which I had to stop her! And when she gave me the LED light I was very uncomfortable, I called for Help and no one came! I had to get up and stopped the treatment! What a horrible experience! I left with my blood pressure soaring high!

If you are looking for amazing Korean skincare services, LA Eve is your spot! They have a lot of different services for whatever your needs are. I have very sensitive skin and have had issues at other clinics. They work well for those with sensitive skin, and I haven’t had any issues. I’ve been coming here for at least 8 years, highly recommend! They have a lot of really great package deals.

This place has been amazing for my skin. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very helpful, made me feel comfortable and went over everything extremely well. I felt leaving there with great skin and knowledge of what I got done. I will most definitely be going back! Highly recommended

I just started coming here for a little while now and my only regret is not starting sooner. Miri, the manager, is on top of everything. She knows every detail about the treatments, the products, what order to do them in, and she explains everything clearly so you know exactly what you’re paying for. The whole staff is professional and the place itself is spotless. I did the whole plasma enzyme gold peel thing with the hydration + acne care + detox + LED light (too long to write all out lol) and all of it together was exactly what my skin needed. It sounds like a lot when they describe it but it works. My face looked brighter even after the first visit and after the second the change was obvious to everyone. I have struggled with dullness and breakouts for years and nothing else ever made this kind of difference. I ended up buying the products they recommended too: the serum and the cleanser, and I actually like all of them. My skin feels smoother and I’m finally seeing it stay that way between visits instead of going right back to the same problems. Absolutely worth the experience. I am already planning the next round because this is the first time in years I feel like I have control over my skin again!

I came here a few months ago and the customer service was awful. As soon as I came in the receptionist started interrogating me & said that my skin looks so bad. I have acne and I know that my skin doesn’t look the best but that is not something you should be telling a customer when obviously that is what they’re here for. She also assumed that I don’t wash my face lol, and she kept reiterating that I need to invest in my skin. She didn’t really let me express MY concerns. Out of all people why is the receptionist telling me this though. The actual esthetician didn’t even say anything about my skin. The facial was far from relaxing, the extractions were painful. After the facial was done the receptionist practically demanded a tip, I honestly don’t know why I left a tip, cause the whole experience was not it. Overall I didn’t feel welcome, they really need to work on their customer service
