I went here for awhile now and I have to say, the whole staff is extremely kind and friendly. They won’t make you do certain treatments if it does not suit your facial structure and anatomy. You can trust their feedback and advice, they will do their very best in making you glow! I feel happy and comfortable when I am here, they make me feel at peace! I even fall asleep sometimes during the facial. :)

I recently been going here to get Secret RF and Onda laser treatments. The new nurse Minhye did all my procedures and she is such a sweetheart and does the lasers so well! She kindly explains what it is and how it works. Felt so comfortable during the procedures. Definitely going back for more and hopefully I can get them with nurse Minhye 🥰 She’s the best!! Customer service was great! I got InMode procedure which helped a lot to make my face smooth and slimmer! They also have a receptionist that can speak Spanish and Korean. Would definitely recommend to others! 👍🏻

I've been here once to get botox on my forehead about an year ago and I recently went to try ziomin. It's been super easy to book a time with her great communication skills and the lobby and the office ambiance is clean and calm. I have compared about 10 places in the area and have to say this is one of the cheaper options but doesn't sacrifice treatment and service quality/

Never wrote a review before but I’m overwhelmed with the service and pricing in the heart of LA it’s rare. RJ is my go to medical spa. I’ve been seeing Juhui since June this years and never disappointed. I’m very skeptical about what to do with my face . At 45 I just want to maintain but still look like me and naturally aged. I don’t want to look 20 or 30 and Juhui really understand my needs and never push and very accommodating. Never pushing on anything but suggested things that works for me. She’s very detailed and even noticed little stuff like skin tag on my face and did removed it as a complimentary after did several treatments. My treatment werealtraformer, rejuran,secret RF. I had scars from teenaged breakout and my face is sagging and loosing volume since I hit 40. I’m glad I found RJ. Now medical spa all over every corners. Go to the wrong one can be bad and creating on going trouble and your $$$ too. They are very helpful and nice even the receptionist is detailed oriented. Always asking if you are comfortable during the Numbling time. Nothing to complain. They are easy to connect through text and phone call and prompt response. You can feel you are in good hands.
