Listen, the food is fantastic do not get me wrong. I’ve never had a bad tasting meal here. However, the service leaves MUCH to be desired. Almost every time I order takeout online, the order is messed up. Once, I ordered online while I was in the restaurant to bring food home for my family. When I went to leave, they said they had made the order and someone picked it up. They refused to remake, or to refund me. When I asked for manager, they said he wasn’t in and to call the restaurant later. I called the restaurant and left a message— with no resolution or call back. Today I ordered the quesadilla suprema and was met with a plain quesadilla, with no pico, guac, queso, or beans as described online. When I drove BACK to the restaurant— I was given an apology with guac and pico but no beans or queso. If you eat in, food is great and i’ve never had a problem. The atmosphere in the restaurant is a bit loud but it’s a Mexican restaurant so it’s expected. The drinks are also fantastic. But if you order online you HAVE to check and make sure it’s right before leaving the premises.

Completely disappointing! Our first time visiting, we were excited based on pictures online. The waitress said they were out of everything all the time to make any of the drinks shown in the menu. She was nice but had a large group so. I asked her recommendations on shrimp she just stated there’s lots of shrimp items. The tortillas were cold & definitely store bought. I think maybe at one point they grew business then let their standards go. Overall not impressed. Pictures of ordered vs received. My husband ordered a sloppy beer even showed the bartender but we received a margarita w beer & limes. 😆

Our first time here and we absolutely loved it. Our waitress Sandra was awesome . Good customer service and good food. We came on a Wednesday and they had a $22 margarita pitcher. The fajitas were so good and we loved the outdoor patio and music….. will definitely make the drive from Detroit again

No other Taco Bell has anything on them in the city of Toledo. They are fast and you get more meat on every dish than all other taco places and taste better and bar TVs music and the waiters are very attentive. Food is Amazing
