LA Home is the third general contractor I employed to repair damages at my West Hollywood condominium. Miron is the best so far. I had a sewage backup from common drains which required subfloor repair and preparation, but Home Depot refuses to repair subfloors as a matter of company policy. So Miron could match HD prices, complete necessary demolition, as well as repairing the subfloor for finishes. Miron was able to refer me to DTLA finishes showrooms who have better selection and similar prices to Home Depot. Finally, Miron and Carlos designed and built beautiful cabinets at same cost as HD.

We hired them for two major projects on our Beverly Hills property - a complete kitchen gut remodel and building a new ADU in our backyard by the pool - and they absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. First off, our kitchen was completely transformed from an outdated 1980s nightmare into a stunning, modern culinary space that looks like it belongs in a magazine. Miron and his team were absolute wizards with the layout - we gained so much storage and counter space I didn't even think was possible! The attention to detail is incredible, from the custom cabinetry that fits perfectly to the gorgeous quartz countertops and high-end appliances we chose. What really impressed me was how they handled all the permits and inspections seamlessly - living in Beverly Hills, I know how strict the city can be, but they handled everything like pros. The ADU project. We were nervous about building a separate unit, but they made the whole process smooth from start to to finish. The design is perfect - it's a beautiful 750 sq ft one-bedroom that flows beautifully with our main house. They even helped us navigate all the new Beverly Hills ADU regulations (which I hear can be a nightmare). The construction quality is top-notch - you can tell these guys really know what they're doing. I have to mention the crew too - always showed up on time, kept everything clean and were just genuinely nice people to have around. They finished both projects right on schedule, which honestly shocked me given how much work was involved. The best part? Our property value has already increased significantly, and we're getting rental income from the ADU that more than covers the payment. I had a fantastic experience working with Miron and his team on remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen. From start to finish, Miron was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly, and always made sure the work was done with great attention to quality. Miron was super on top of everything and responsive in helping me navigate my first renovation. I’m pretty particular about dirt and he and the team was very respectful of it, protecting my floors and ordering materials to ensure my place isn’t overly difficult to clean after renovation was done. I am also really busy so I appreciated that he was able to connect me with his contacts for tile and bathroom fixtures. Did a light condo renovation of repainting, moving some electrical, new fireplace facade, and master bathroom renovation - love how it turned out!
