La Industria Bakery & Cafe has the best food in Miami, and I stand on that. We stumbled in while walking through Bayside before a boat ride and ended up eating here twice in one day. For breakfast, my husband had La Combi Completa and couldn’t stop talking about how fresh everything tasted. I had the Chicken Bacon Waffle Sandwich and it was perfect. And their bacon? The best I’ve ever had. Forget millionaire bacon elsewhere. We later skipped a dinner reservation at the former Versace Mansion just to come back. I had the ribs (fall-off-the-bone amazing), my husband had the La Boricua Burger, and we tried a Venezuelan empanada out of curiosity… unreal. Best empanada I’ve ever had. We actually risked missing our flight to have 2 to made to go. Amazing food, kind servers, attentive managers, great ambiance. Believe the hype. 10/10.
My Husband and I are Holiday for the holidays and our very first dining experience in Miami… La Industria. LA COMBI COMPLETA had the best of everything on one dish. He began eating before I got the full pic. I ordered NICKY JAM'S FAVORITE -Guava marmalade, cream cheese frosting, graham cracker crumbs served … both AMAZING!! Service was great and even my take home bag was a surprise❤️ with a guava and cheese pastry
We traveled into Miami for a convention and arrived early, so we stopped at Nicky Jam’s La Industria Bakery & Café for breakfast. It definitely has an interesting vibe, but it felt like it was missing a few atmosphere elements that would have elevated it into a high-end spot. The food was excellent — I ordered La Combi Completa with the Strawberry Cheesecake topping, and it even came with a slice of cheesecake, which was a great surprise. The coffee was strong and just what I needed for a morning pick-me-up. Overall, good food and good start to the day — with a little more attention to the ambiance, this place could really stand out even more. Worth a visit if you’re in the area early and hungry!
The Boricua Burger at La Industria had great potential the flavors were there, but the arepa was served cold and could’ve used a creamy sauce to tie everything together. Our server seemed distracted and missed two of our items, which took away from the experience. When it came time to pay, she mentioned that a 20% tip was already included, and seemed upset when I didn’t add more that was uncomfortable. The milkshakes were beautifully presented but a bit overpriced and not as sweet as expected. Overall, the atmosphere and concept are nice, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both service and food consistency. Overall I would not recommend or return!
Great Vibes, Overwhelming Portions The vibes at this brunch spot were absolutely amazing—stylish atmosphere, great music, and a fun crowd. However, the food itself was just okay. What really stood out (and not necessarily in a good way) were the portion sizes. Each dish easily serves about four people, which might be great for those with a big appetite, but as someone with a smaller stature, it felt overwhelming. I ended up wasting a lot of food, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you're coming hungry or planning to share.
