La Isla del Encanto food truck is 10 out of 10. The food, the service, the atmosphere and everything they do is amazing. Is like been in the Island of PR. I recommend it 100%.

Nice and clean atmosphere with amazing tipical Puerto Rican food. The flavors take you back to the Island. A must try if your in the Norfolk area. Worth the drive if your not.

La Isla del Encanto Food Truck is an absolute gem! From the moment we pulled up, the aroma alone had us excited—and the food did not disappoint. We tried the pinchos, empanadillas, and alcapurrias, and every bite was bursting with authentic flavor and love. The pinchos were perfectly grilled and juicy, the empanadillas had that golden, flaky crunch with savory fillings, and the alcapurrias? Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside—just like abuela used to make.
