Brad at La Mesa Flooring was very knowledgeable and professional in getting our hardwood floors refinished. He also had excellent suggestions in selecting flooring to match in our kitchen. Sean was the hands on guy and did a great job of completing the project. The work was completed in the tine frame estimated and they kept in constant communication with us until the job was finished.

It's so great not to have to deal with a big box store, support a local company, and get excellent service. My husband and I hired La Mesa Flooring to install hardwood floors throughout our house, and from start to finish, Dylan was professional and a pleasure to work with—his communication was perfect throughout the process. We also genuinely enjoyed having the installation team, David and his assistant Armando, here for just over two weeks. David is an artist! Not only is his work top-quality, but they are also fun and feel like family. We will miss them, but we LOVE our new floors! I give my highest recommendation to La Mesa Flooring, Dylan, David, and Armando!

La Mesa Flooring Company is fantastic, and it’s all thanks to BRAD! From the very first visit, Project Manager Brad guided us through the selection process for our new COREtec Premium XL LVP flooring with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. Brad answered every question, helped us visualize the options, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Honestly, this sale would not have happened without Brad. Brad personally oversaw the installation, making sure every detail was perfect. His communication was excellent, and he was always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. When the baseboard color came out just slightly off, Brad didn’t send someone else—he came back himself and repainted them to make sure everything was perfect. Who does that? Brad does! If you want beautiful floors, great service, and someone who truly goes above and beyond, call La Mesa Flooring Company and ask for Brad. You’ll be glad you did—because Brad is the reason our project turned out perfectly!

Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars. From the minute we walked in their showroom we were greeted with friendly, knowledgeable people. It took us several (many, many) visits to finally make decisions such as how much of the house to do to which flooring to select, etc. We went back and forth several times. We ended up deciding to go with Cortec Grande Golden Oak LVP flooring throughout our 3100 sq ft home and Anderson Tuft carpet on the stairs. They also did all new 5” baseboards. We were fortunate enough to end up with Dylan as our sales/project manager. I have a good sense for people and after meeting with him for a few minutes I knew it would be a good experience. My “Spidey senses” were right. He made the entire experience delightful. There was no pressure…just provided information that helped us make our ultimate decision. We are very picky and both perfectionists so weren’t hopeful that they would be able to meet all our expectations. We are also not used to companies doing what they say they’re going to do but La Mesa Flooring restored my faith. There were a few minor issues that came up but were quickly addressed and everything to our satisfaction. Their prices were competitive and fair and the workmanship quality was great. After the carpet was installed on the stairs we realized we had chosen carpet too light for our lifestyle…puppy, etc. We reached out to Dylan who immediately sent new samples of the Anderson Tuft carpet in darker colors. He gave us an incredible price to reinstall the darker color carpet on our stairs and it now looks amazing and we're thrilled with it! It literally took years to decide on putting in new flooring not just because of the work involved on our part (basically moving out) but because we weren’t certain a company like La Mesa Flooring still existed. I’ll admit the moving out part was hard (albeit well worth it) but the company we selected took away the fears we had about the installation process. It was as effortless as it could have been. I almost wish we had more flooring to put in. We’ll miss dealing with Dylan. So if these are thoughts/doubts you have I can promise you won’t regret selecting them as your flooring company (and no we weren't paid for this review)!
