I'm so happy I found LA Vista Cleaners! This is a family-run business and it truly shows in how they operate. Maria and Fernando bring a level of care that you don't see a lot of anymore. After having a botched alteration experience elsewhere, I came in extra cautious. Maria immediately understood what was needed. She assessed the fit instantly and began pinning with remarkable precision, a level of expertise that’s almost impossible to find. When I picked up my clothing, the fit was perfect. Truly impeccable work. Fernando brings such an upbeat, vibrant energy that completely sets this place apart from your typical dry cleaner. He’s personable, welcoming, and makes you feel like a valued customer, not just a ticket number. The shop itself is bright, comfortable (especially for alteration try-ons), and extremely well organized. They’re clearly running a well-oiled machine. Parking has been easy breezy every single time I’ve gone, and pricing is fair and competitive. If you’re looking for a cleaner you can trust, especially for alterations, they are the A-team!

LA Vista Cleaners are AWFUL!! Be warned to stay far away. I dropped off 7 dresses and a jacket on a Thursday afternoon, with the agreement that they’d be ready for pickup Monday afternoon. The jacket needed a button replaced in addition to dry cleaning. When I arrived Monday to pick everything up, the man at the counter brought the items out and casually said everything was done. I asked how the button repair went, and he said, “It went great.” Before paying, I decided to inspect my items and I’m so glad I did. The button had not been replaced at all, even though he just told me it had been. On top of that, none of the dresses appeared to have been cleaned. They still smelled dirty, and three of the seven still had visible marks and dirt around the hems from when they were last worn. It was clear the clothes had simply been hung up and bagged without ever being cleaned. When I pointed this out, the employee said, “Okay fine, we’ll redo it.” Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave them again because I was leaving town for San Diego that day, meaning I now have to pay another cleaner to properly clean everything that LA Vista failed to do after they tried to charge me over $180 for work they didn’t complete. When I calmly told the employee that I couldn’t wait for a redo, he threw the dresses at me and told me never to come back. He didn’t need to say that…I would never go back after this experience. This business is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They lied about completing repairs, did not clean the clothes they charged for, and then treated me rudely when I called it out. This borders on fraudulent behavior, claiming services were done when they clearly were not. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable cleaners in LA and this one is absolutely not to be trusted.

I highly recommend this place! Fernando and Maria are phenomenal. I came to them in a panic because I had a flight to catch in less than 48 hours. I brought a dress in right before they closed and they managed to have it done within 24 hours. Not to mention the pricing is very reasonable. I’m extremely impressed and grateful to them. Fernando is such a kind soul and is very welcoming. I will be taking all my clothes here.

My sister is getting married next week in Mexico and I have lost 15lbs since getting my dress so I had it taken in and hemmed so I can wear both heels and converse. Fits perfectly! The employees are so nice and helpful!
