I shopped at labelswap at was happy with how clean the store was and with the sales person, but unfortunately my experience following that was not very good. I had a bad fall the following day and tore my miniscus and was on crutches. When I was going through my receipts I noticed I did not receive any of the discounts for the purple labels on my clothing I purchased. I went to the instagram page of labelswap and the labels on the page showed I should have recieved 75 percent off. I did not receive that on any of the items. I sent a email with the pictures of all the labels and the receipt from the less than 24 hour purchase and detailed of my purchase. I also called and spoke with the manager and explained that I had fell and was on crutches. She seem to not care I was also a hour away at my Christmas party and could not come right back in the store. She was not helpful and argumentative. I decided to just let it go. I had been through enough after the fall. I did not want to deal with anymore stress. Please be mindful of your labels when checking out at this store because they were not very helpful and the email on receipt the manager did not even know that was even there. She actually said and I quote "what email" she also argued about having a red label and she said we do not even have red labels. Well I bought these items less than 24 hours ago you have the receipt with the time stamp. She was just very messy and I did not need the drama. I loved the store, but they will not get my business again. A good retail store should stand behind their discounts especially when they had receipts.

Surprisingly really good men’s selection. Found a couple high quality t-shirts I liked which is a surprise for a secondhand clothing store as I’m picky. Would recommend this. Lots of women’s clothes, my gf liked their selection as well.

I had such a great experience shopping at LabelSwap! The store is clean, organized, and full of amazing finds, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. A huge shoutout to Adrian and Jessica, who went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Adrian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and making the whole process fun. Jessica was warm, welcoming, and made checkout a breeze. Both of them made me feel valued as a customer, and their positive energy really stood out. I left with great pieces and an even better impression of the team. If you’re considering shopping here, do it, and make sure to say hi to Adrian and Jessica. They’re the best!
