I came in with my mom and bridesmaids to get our nails done for my wedding, and the experience was amazing. The service was outstanding—we truly felt like queens, especially me as the “bride”. They spoiled us with snacks and drinks and even took photos so we could remember the moment. It was such a special experience, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for my regular nail appointments. Highly recommend!

update: they said they wanted to fix things in their comment, but they have not responded to the email I sent over a week ago. I chose to try this place after reading good reviews.. but I didn’t find anything special about this place. I went in to get white french tips done. I had to come back the next day because the edges were kinda thick with gel polish, and 4 nails ended up chipping. Although they fixed it for free, this shouldn’t be happening at a top rated nail salon, let alone to 4 nails. I also had acrylic residue hardened under my nails, that I couldn’t take off myself even thought I tried. The tech didn’t file it off or even notice until I came back the next day. I also didn’t find the work to be super neat. A lot of my french tips don’t look crisp like I would’ve expected them to be. Again, I am surprised at how well rated this place is for being just average.

The service was amazing. I will recommend that everybody come here. I give it more than five stars and needs like 5000 stars please come. The price is amazing. The place is unique and it looks so clean. I mean the people are nice come come come. But Please be careful you never know The Gel is something I am allergic to just found out

Such an incredible experience! We came to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and they went above and beyond by surprising her with a cheesecake, which set the tone for the entire visit. The pedicures exceeded all expectations: beautifully done, super aesthetic, (we got the winter wonderland pedicure) and paired with the most relaxing massages. It was the perfect, calming start to our girls’ trip. The staff was attentive and thoughtful throughout, offering drinks, frequently reheating our water, and consistently checking in to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed. The level of professionalism and care truly stood out. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone in the area. We’re not locals, but this will absolutely be a must-visit every time we’re back in the KC area!

Jenny and Sue treated us like royalty—their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. You can tell they love what they do and take pride in making people feel appreciated. We left smiling, relaxed, and grateful for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for excellent service, warm energy, and a place that truly goes the extra mile.
