LaDIFF is a nice store with a selection of manufacturers you won’t find anywhere else locally. I feel better spending my money on quality pieces and at a one-of-one locally owned location such as this one. Lea was very helpful and led us to the right pieces and best deals after comparing all of the available options. From the in-store service to the delivery, I highly recommend doing business here!

Lea Huggins has been absolutely AMAZING, truly a God-sent angel to our family! From the moment we walked into LaDIFF, she provided the exact level of service we had been searching for and never received at other stores. We came in feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, but Lea immediately put us at ease and got to work. In just three hours, Lea helped my husband and me design and confidently make decisions that would have taken us days (maybe weeks!) on our own. Her eye for design is exceptional, and her customer service is unmatched. She took the time to understand our vision and then used her expertise to help us curate the perfect living room, nook dining area, and bar area. Every recommendation felt intentional, thoughtful, and tailored to us. We are beyond satisfied with our LaDIFF experience, and we truly look forward to growing our relationship with Lea and the LaDIFF team. We highly recommend Lea Huggins and LaDIFF and we can honestly say we’ll be customers for life!

I have never been to a furniture store like LaDIFF. They sell remarkably made pieces and the Stressless brand - which I can tell you makes all other furniture feel like trash. I have never sat in anything that made me happy before. Pure happiness. I get a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders which melted away. I never knew furniture could do that! We left ordering 2 styles of the Stressless recliners - Mayfair and Wing. Our Design Consultant was Lea - the nicest, most knowledgeable and helpful person! I instantly felt at ease with her and was amazed at how she fit us to the right pieces and let us take our time trying things out and adjusting to our needs. Talking with Lea is like talking to a family member you click with. We also had the pleasure of meeting several other staff members who all were very friendly and helpful. Apparently there has been some confusion online about this store not being in business- it 100% is and just relocated. After being to all but 2 furniture stores in the greater Richmond area in the last several weeks, and sitting in 75+ recliners, I can happily report LaDIFF is open and this is the only place that you need to go to if you're looking for comfort, lasting quality, and a great shopping experience. Stop in and ask for Lea!

Dani and the whole LaDiff crew made the experience of purchasing our new couch awesome. The staff was super knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I as we asked a barrage of questions and pulled out just about every fabric sample. The delivery process was a breeze and we got our couch earlier than promised. Highly recommend!
