The salon space is very luxurious and the staff are very professional and gentle. Anna did a fantastic job on my volume lash extensions. Her touch was incredibly gentle, unlike the heavy pressure I experienced at my previous lash extension salon. Thank you, Anna, and I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

I’ve gotten my lashes done at other franchises or simply other lash artists and NOTHING compares to Lady Lash! I love Katia since I met her, and her work speaks for itself! My lashes always look incredible and they last!!! Obsessed with them! So happy to have a permanent lash place!

I absolutely love this place! My lash technician, Katia. is amazing and my lashes look perfect everytime. She listened to exactly what I wanted on my first visit and has recreated it every appointment since then. The salon is very clean, beds are comfortable, and everyone else is kind as well. I really wanted to love this experience because the service itself was nice, organized, and the studio was clean. Unfortunately, the lash retention was extremely poor, and it’s apparent the lashes were not applied properly. Within 24 hours, at least 30% of my lashes had already fallen out. By one week, I had lost around 65%, to the point where it looks like I need an entirely new full set after only 6 days. I’ve had lash extensions done many times, so I understand that some fallout is normal, but this is far beyond normal. For a $135 full set, I expect lashes that can at least hold up to a basic lash bath. Every time I lightly brushed or gently cleaned my lashes, I lost 5–8 lashes per eye, which strongly suggests improper application. This is completely unacceptable. This experience was truly disappointing, especially given the price point. I shouldn’t feel like I wasted my money or need a refill almost immediately. Sadly, I won’t be returning unless these retention and application issues are addressed.

I’ve been debating gatekeeping this place, because I want to keep them my little secret. This is by far the best lash services I have ever received. The environment is so relaxing. They properly clean your lash before every service. I can go 3-4 weeks before needing a refill. My girl Nina always get me right. She does my lashes exactly how I like them; nice and natural looking. And she’s an absolute sweetheart. 1,000% recommend
