We had such a great experience with this company! From start to finish, their customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and very professional. The pricing was competitive, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and on time. I really appreciated their transparency and flexibility, especially with arranging to have the bounce house delivered early and the game truck set up later. That kind of accommodation made our event run so smoothly. Everything went perfectly, and the kids had an amazing time! 9/6/25 For my kid birthday party...first experience but definitely won't be the last. The guys at Laff House were 100% professional and very accommodating. They communicated well, arrived on time, and made sure that I was pleased with the setup before they departed. My experience was great. I will definitely suggest and use their services again.

Arrived early. Executed the set up and take down perfectly. The team was super professional and efficient. The kids enjoyed the water slides and bouncy house. We also used the 360 for the older kids. This was a corporate event that was smooth because of Laff House’s great customer experience. Would use them in the future.

We used LAFF HOUSE GAME TRUCK this past weekend for my son's 7th birthday, and it was a hit! Clear communication from booking to the end of party! Very helpful with the kids who have never played video games before. When the kids wanted to go back out playing, the inner child of the dad's came out as they all jumped in and started playing video games. It was fun for all! Highly recommend!
