Pretty disappointed.. Got my permanent bracelet for $100 bucks thinking it would be permanent, right? Well, wrong. I first got it in July and it snapped off within a month. Right after I got it welded, I saw some cracks and the associate reassured me that it would be fine. Broke off within a month. Got it repaired again, and broke off and was lost within TWO WEEKS. Truly disappointed considering the price… 1 extra star since the price was somewhat reasonable (if it didn’t break..) and had cute options.

Very happy with my permanent bracelet! They had a lot of charms to choose from and everyone working in the store was so sweet! Would definitely come back for more permanent pieces!

Mallorie helped us with permanent bracelets for me and friends. She was so patient with us. Love that they have so many chain selections to pick from and it’s 14k gold filled! All the jewelry are so pretty! You can pick the chain you like and either customize with a clasp or make permanent ! They have a 45 day warranty time frame, with a free repair. Find this store upstairs next to mango by Bloomingdale’s/ mango dessert stores on the 3rd floor. Park by Nordstrom/foodland side for quick access!

For custom jewelry, be prepared to wait. The actual service itself is rather quick but we had the terrible pleasure of having a customer in front of us that kept altering and adding charms which created a backlog for us even with an appointment. Then when we showed up, we were asked to wait for another customer that walked in and waited. Their checkout was equally long. Both their staffing and appointment process could use some assessment and enhancement. The store itself is full of so many amazing options from charms to add to bangles, earrings and clothing. The bracelet was $75+tax but does include 1 repair service. Lots of sticker options as well including favorites like Kakou Collective! Worth a stop but plan accordingly for appointments and custom jewelry!
