Choosing Lakeview Estates & Winery was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The estate itself is breathtaking — it perfectly captured the elegant, classy, mansion vibe we were dreaming of, and there are endless photo opportunities, from the gorgeous estate grounds to the stunning tented reception area. As a Sacramento local, I always dreamed of a summer wedding. Lakeview is located near the Sacramento River, and the elegant tented reception space made it so comfortable for our guests to stay cool throughout the celebration — even in the warmer months. There was air conditioning in the reception to keep our guests cool. One of the biggest perks was the overnight stay option, which worked out perfectly since many of our loved ones flew in from out of state. Being able to settle in the day before made our wedding morning so much smoother and more relaxed. Melanie was wonderful throughout the entire planning process — always prompt, helpful, and attentive. On the day itself, we were especially grateful for Lynn, our coordinator, who truly helped make our “best day ever” AMAZING. She was always within reach, creative, kind, and handled everything seamlessly — anytime we were pulled in different directions, she instinctively knew what to do. More honorable mentions: Cidnee & Helen Our guests are still raving about the food! The quality was incredible… and the best part is that Lakeview allows you to incorporate two cultural dishes into the menu. This was so meaningful to us as a Filipino couple — we were able to proudly include lechon on the buffet line and share our culture with our guests. The venue can accommodate a large guest count, but also works beautifully for a more intimate wedding — the atmosphere felt incredibly romantic, cozy, and enchanting, which made the day feel even more special. We are beyond grateful to Lakeview for helping us bring our dream wedding to life. If you’re looking for a venue that is not only beautiful and elegant, but also culturally accommodating and thoughtfully designed with guests in mind — this is it. I’m so glad I chose Lakeview for our wedding. It was incredibly emotional saying goodbye to my family at the end of the night, but I truly wouldn’t have had it any other way.
We had our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding at Lakeview Estates and it was absolutely perfect. There are many packages you can add on to your wedding depending on how much you want to do yourself. We chose to add on pretty much everything, decorations, food, drinks…we even used a videographer, photographer and DJ company they suggested. This made it so easy because everyone was already familiar with the venue. Everything is so well thought out at the venue and the knowledge of the staff and all the employees made it all come together. Our guests raved about the venue during and well after the event. The food vendor that they use is top notch. Everyone also mentioned how delicious the food was. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have changed a thing! Thank you Lakeview Estates!
Our wedding last night at Lakeview Estates and Winery was nothing short of a dream come true. The venue itself was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery that made every moment feel magical. From the beautiful vineyards to the sparkling lake views, it was the perfect backdrop for our special day. The team did an incredible job bringing my vision to life. The décor was everything I imagined and more elegant, romantic, and full of beautiful details. Every corner of the venue looked picture-perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how delicious the food tasted. Everything flowed seamlessly, and we truly felt cared for from start to finish. Our wedding felt like a fairytale. The views, the atmosphere, the food, and the amazing staff made it an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend Lakeview Estates and Winery enough!
We were so happy when we found this venue! Truly one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Sacramento. We toured the place in January 2024 and booked a September 2024 wedding. Throughout the entire process, Melanie was SOO helpful and resourceful. She also answered a million questions I sent her via email. When the date got closer, we worked with Rachel to really put our vision together, who was also so sweet and thorough! My husband and I were on a budget so tried to do somethings DIY or found an outside vendor but we regret that (like our DJ, wedding coordinator). We did save a couple dollars but looking back it would have been so much easier to have used all the vendors with Lakeview, especially the wedding day of coordinator! The day of our wedding, Melanie and Rachel (really the entire Lakeview staff) went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I'm also so excited to get our professional pictures back because the property is stunning with so many picture perfect spots! All that to say, you won't regret booking this place for your wedding! We will forever be thinking of both Melanie and Rachel for making our day so special! 🩷😊
I got married at Lakeview in June 2023 and also was fortunate enough to come back and work as a wedding content creator @girlypopbride which was so exciting and nostalgic! The venue is absolutely stunning, especially with the water front! You can choose from multiple ceremony locations. The draping and massive chandeliers in the reception space give it a very luxurious vibe. There's so many photo ops and guests always have fun exploring. The estate itself is very fancy. The bridal suite is the best I've seen and makes the cutest getting ready photos! The staff are also the nicest and are super helpful, both from the vendor and client perspective. Melanie was so amazing to work with!! I hope to be back again to content create another wedding for Lakeview!
