What a debacle! Two hours late. The captain was rude, the boat was filthy, they just did circles by the dock, because one of the motors was not working, smelt like gas fumes. The captain and the first mate literally were yelling at each and yelled at one of my clients. We had almost 30 professional women for a retreat and this company is not to be trusted. Absolutely my worst experience on Lanier!

Hiring Captain Tom and the Lanier Boat Charter is a no-brainer. I am the owner of a company in the hospitality industry. To me, customer service is essential and crucial. Captain Tom and his team have set the standard for exceptional customer service. He has a great deal of zeal and passion for what he does, and his goal is to make every event memorable. He did that for my sister's surprise birthday celebration for her husband. The entire process was easy, and Captain Tom provided numerous options to make our event memorable. If you're looking for a unique experience for a special occasion, don't sleep on Captain Tom and his crew. Thanks again, Captain, for making my sister's event epic.

The gentleman owner is AMAZING! If ur looking for a ride rich with history and personal possible boo haunt, this is ur place! Locally owned so ur giving back to the community when u ride with them! Truly in it for the love of the water and the history of the place! Especially if ur a paranormal enthusiast! If ur in town, u DON'T want to miss this tour! 👻🥰🍻😘

My wife and I rented a pontoon from Capt. Tom and it couldn't have been a better experience. He was very professional ensuring that I understood every aspect of the operation of the pontoon. We will rent again soon!

Yesterday me and my family had the most amazing time on our fireworks cruise with Captain Tom. The boat was immaculate and Captain Tom was amazing!! Me and my family will absolutely do this again with Lanier boat charter and we will recommend this to everyone!!!
