My identical twins have been patients at Larchmont Pediatrics since they were born. Dr. Anderson was recommended to me by my OBGYN in LA. After my daughter’s were born, Dr. Neville Anderson not only visited us all in the hospital and my daughters in the NICU, but she was there for many a frantic new parent phone calls and emails. My daughters had to be in the NICU for an extended period of time and afterward had a bit of a roller coaster of medical needs. Dr. Anderson, fellow doctors and nurses, and the rest of the team at Larchmont Pediatrics always recognized our family and made us feel heard and welcome. The doctors were always respectful of my concerns, and even more importantly, they helped my daughters feel better whenever they had an ear infection, tummy ache, or more. You can’t find more dedicated and honest healthcare for your children than Larchmont Pediatrics. It says a lot that to this day my daughters will smile and say “I love Dr. Anderson”.

Dr Estrada is amazing as are the nurses. Very kind and great with our son (he's one and been going there since he's an infant. BUT the place is horribly run. Appointments ane hard to schedule and when you do come in, you're waiting 30-40 minutes easy. I recently had a 9:10 AM appointment, saw the nurse at 9:35 for 5 minutes to take measurements. Doc then came in at 9:50 for like 10 minutes. Then it was 20 minutes before the nurse came to give my son his vaccines. So what should have been a 30-40 minute appointment took 1hr 20 minutes. This has been the case every visit; routine waiting to see the doctor.

Doctors are great and merit 5 stars. Front office has this annoying habit of auto scheduling you for routing visits (x years) and not telling you. Then you call to confirm the day before. Surprise! To hell with your busy schedule! If you say “I didn’t schedule this” they lie to you and say “yes I spoke with you. You just forgot.” If you say you need to reschedule they say next availability is 90 days.

Our infant daughter sees Dr. Preist. She is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is incredibly caring and thorough. As new parents we were nervous wrecks. Dr. Preist never made us feel like over anxious new parents, she answered all of our questions and provided exceptional care to our daughter. Additionally, the staff at this facility are incredible. They have positive attitudes and are very helpful. They also have a lactation consultant working out of the office which is very convenient. I highly recommend Larchmont Pediatrics.
