I called Laredo Pest Control on Friday, December 5, 2025, and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, December 9th at 4:30 PM with Nora. Unfortunately, no one ever called or showed up. I waited for the appointment window, and there was zero communication or follow-up from the company. Very disappointing experience.

We use Laredo Pest Control to service our office. Their service is always amazing. They come as needed and are quick to respond when we need additional services. We do pay for quarterly service, and I believe they do come check rodent traps monthly. Their team, from office to service techs sent out, are always polite and very detailed when relaying any information needed.
