They make it almost impossible to cancel a subscription. It is a very lucrative yet scummy business practice for subscription based recurring revenue businesses. I have attempted to cancel 3 times. You can’t cancel in person at the club you have to call a corporate number which rarely picks up. I cancelled 5 months ago via this number and upon looking at my bank account I see I have been charged for the last 5 months after cancelling. I called again and they say they see I called 5 months ago but there is no proof I tried to cancel. Why would I be calling besides to cancel lol? Anyway now I’m waiting 48 hours for them to “review the situation” we will see what happens. By the way I never leave bad reviews but this is absurd. Also the gym smells terrible and is not clean. Steer clear people.

The gym itself is great. A very good selection of machines, weights, and equipment. One of the few gyms I have seen a full hack squat machine or a sissy squat stand. BUT the sanitation stations are a MASSIVE problem. There used to be 4 stations some what evenly spread around the lifting floor. Sometimes there was issues with them being stocked and functional but it wasn’t a constant. Some time last year they removed one and made it hand sanitizer only. Now there are 3 that are over worked and over used. This gym has the LEAST amount of sanitizing stations I have ever seen in the gym between commercial, military, and foreign gyms. This issue has made the problem of random people not cleaning their equipment a regular issue. I see more people just walk away from a machine after using it than I do cleaning it most days. This is a recipe for ring worm or MRSA infections to explode across the gym. Too many people go to the gym dirty and then decide they aren’t going to clean their machines because they are either to lazy or the cleaning station is to far. The gym needs the tubs of sani wipes spread throughout the gym and the AB area cleaning station replaced with towels and spray. I don’t wanna see people getting sick, and would love to see members taking care of the equipment again. Other than this issue I can get almost any workout done at any time during the day even when it’s busy, there are enough options to figure something out.

I usually go around midnight. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and I've yet to see any broken machines, they have a huge variety of machines, you will see a lot of seniors there at this time We started going 3am. It's even quieter. Staff friendly as ever

Relatively empty during some hours. Probably my favorite location out of all the others. Traffic entering/leaving is not bad. Parking lot is large enough you find a spot quickly.
