Was very communicative and easy to work with. We hired them to replace 3 tiles and repair grout throughout our downstairs. He made every effort to match our existing grout, which I appreciated. He was on time and professional, was done in about 2-3 hours. The only reason I didn’t give him five stars is because there was no dust mitigation as he was breaking up the old tiles, and there was a fairly significant mess left behind. Other than that, I was happy with the work
