Recently I went to Laser Ops Xtreme Fun Center and was amazed at the choices. The combination of the traditional arcade games and the Nerf arena also made my group keep entertained throughout the afternoon. You can have all that you need one roof and you do not feel crammed in. Surely we will be back soon to play some more games, it is one of the best entertainment places in town.
I would not recommend this place. Before arriving, I was told by Lyn the owner I could bring a cake or cupcakes since my son has food allergies. I made dairy-free, gluten-free cupcakes specifically for this reason. Once we arrived, I was told the cupcakes were not allowed inside because they were not store-bought. She said ingredients need to be listed. I told the owner I have all the ingredients from the box and icing can and she still said no. So my son could not have any dessert for his 10th birthday. As a result, we had to leave and buy a cake for the rest of the party, which my son could not eat. He was extremely upset and was told he can eat his cupcake outside, period. This was very disappointing and handled with no consideration for a child with food allergies. I should have looked at the reviews of the complaints from others about this same issue! Scroll and see yourself! Then, I paid for laser tag to be the main event of the party. While it was in progress, I noticed my party was taken into a back room and the door was closed. Shortly after, my son came out crying. I learned that our party had been mixed with an older group of kids who were being physical pushing them into barrels, cursing at our kids, and putting laser guns directly in their faces and hitting them. I spoke with the owner, who showed no concern. I also spoke with the staff member supervising the area of laser tag, who said, “There’s only 3 of us back there are and all those kids and there is only so much we could do.” All the workers there are teens except the owner. The owner’s response was simply, “Kids will be kids,” and nothing was done to address the situation. This was unacceptable, especially given that laser tag was the main event we paid for and involved younger children. So I paid $700 for my child not to have his dessert and get beat up because of poor management.
Laser Arcade is an awesome place for fun and entertainment! The venue is huge with a wide range of games that keep both kids and adults engaged for hours. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall service is excellent. There’s a nice restaurant inside offering tasty pizzas and a full bar for adults, which makes it perfect for family outings or group hangouts. Parking is plentiful and conveniently located right outside. It’s an ideal spot for birthdays, parties, or just a fun weekend evening. Definitely worth visiting for some energetic arcade excitement!
An amazing way to spend a great family day. We were able to do the arcade, VR, Laser Tag and lunch for a family of four for under $150. We spent about five hours here and had an amazing time.
I was bringing my cousin to Tampa for his ride back home after a one-week vacation, he ended up having a 3-hour delay and we went here, oh my God this place was great absolutely awesome the prices were great and the pizza was amazing we also got some fries and a pretzel needless to say I will make sure I visit this place again. My favorite game was the Halo it was pretty neat having six players.
