This was my first time visiting this office, although I’ve been a customer for a long time, and it exceeded my expectations. The office is very spacious and spotless, and the staff is extremely professional, well presented, and welcoming. Punctuality was absolutely on point, which I truly appreciated. The nurse took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure as well as the aftercare, making me feel comfortable and confident. The treatment itself was painless and very easy. I will definitely be coming back and I’m looking forward to exploring more of their services. Thank you!

I have been going to the Hillcrest location for the past 4ish years and I’ve loved my experience. The space is clean and the staff is very friendly! Ive gotten variety of treatments here and they have all given great results. I’ve gotten laser hair removal at other places and they did not work nearly as well as LaserAway. Highly recommend!

I just started going to LaserAway last year for the first time for my laser hair removal treatments. I’ve never had these treatments done, but my nurse Jillian was so reassuring, kind, & knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable. Not to mention the treatment was a breeze! Andrea and Austin at the front desk were amazing as well and suggested the clear & brilliant facial for me and after I tried it I definitely get the hype. Great experience over all!

Very courteous nurses and front desk professionals at the Hillcrest location. Austin always makes me feel welcome! My laser hair removal treatment is progressing well and I feel taken care of, informed, safe and respected here. They will do everything in their power to keep you comfy and minimize any bits of pain during treatment. Scheduling and communication is easy. Highly recommend making the investment.

The best overall experience since I returned to California. Very organized and knowledgeable staff. Excellent pricing with quality results. I know I will be coming back. My injector was very upfront and honest about the treatments vs trying to oversell products I may not need. High integrity which is the most valuable in my opinion.
