TLDR; I think it’s pricey but it’s convenient for me and the treatments appear to be effective so far. See details below: PROS: Overall, I’ve had a pretty good & simple experience. The front desk is kind and I really like Nurse Anita. The cooling technology with the laser treatment is great, significantly less painful than when I had tried laser hair removal a long time ago. The location is very convenient for me and the staff is flexible with scheduling times. After I think it’s been 3-4 sessions now, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in hair growth on my legs, and some reduction in my underarms and Brazilian areas. I can update this review once my treatments are complete. CONS: Unfortunately there’s often a bit of a wait from your appointment time to when you get seen by the nurse. For me this has ranged from 10-45 minutes, longer if it’s during a busier time. I booked a Brazilian, legs, and underarm under a major promotion,~$3,200-3,500 to be transparent. This then granted me some credits that I used to add lip/chin with another discount deal later on ($100 out of pocket + $200 credits). The total price is on the higher end of laser hair removal pricing, even with the discount. I did appreciate the team’s effort to bring down the cost when I was considering the purchase.

Amazing customer service!!! Donna helped me with my initial consultation and got me scheduled for tattoo laser removal. The process was simple. Office location is very nice. Rooms were clean and I felt like I was at a spa!!! Definitely recommend this location!

I had such a great experience at LaserAway as a first timer and scared LOL! Sonia did my hair laser treatment for full body and she was absolutely amazing — super professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. My skin already feels incredible. I did mine at San Jose. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Debbie, who helped me and my brother online with my transactions and scheduling. She was so patient, responsive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The girl from front desk i forgot her name buy she’s very sweet as well and helped me with my next appointment faster. They provided excellent service, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend LaserAway to anyone considering laser treatments like they really take great care of you from start to finish. ❤️❤️

I want to express how helpful Jordan was for me during my call to inquire about laser hair removal treatments. She was so nice and patience and walk me through and explained things well. We were on the phone for a while and she never made me feel rushed in anyway. Laser away is so lucky to have this type of genuine person representing their company and business. Great job hiring the right people. At this moment unfortunately I have to wait until I can sign up for the treatments but just based on my interaction with Jordan I will be coming back here when I want to pursue with the treatments.. Everyone always asks me about my routine , and I always tell them about Laser Away, specifically the one on Santana Row. I have been coming here for years but it has gotten SO much better since Evaniece has become the Director. She is so pleasant , has excellent customer service , and her staff is a reflection of her. I came here to get botox, but since I've joined I've done so many treatments like potenza and filler which have so much enhanced my skin texture. The nurses are also outstanding but I'd be lying if I didn't say Dasha is my favorite. She pays so much attention to detail and has a natural calling for aesthetics and facial symmetry. As an RN myself I 1000% trust her opinion and expertise when it comes to placement , enhancements and not overdoing it. There's so much heavy foot traffic and sometimes it's hard to get an appointment, but this is why^^ seeing how the front desk staff interacts with all of the other clients is very refreshing and reminds you of customer service that has since been lost in today's times. Was here yesterday. and coming back today- lol.
