We visited with a group of 35 people and booked 4 private games, each with different game modes. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The online booking platform was very easy to use, and the waiver management system was extremely helpful and simple, especially for managing a large group. Check-in was super smooth, and we were able to get into our games quickly. The staff gave clear, professional briefings and were very friendly throughout. When a few people got tired and chose not to join the 4th game, one of the staff members even stepped in to balance the teams, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very fun, well-organized, and smooth experience. Highly recommend for group events.
