I have a reactive dog who doesn't let me trim her nails so I take her in monthly to Lather. Everyone is so kind and considerate of her, which is much appreciated as it puts me at ease that she can comfortably get her nails trimmed.

I've been here twice now with my plush coat German Shepherd: once for a full groom, and once for a DIY bath. Both experiences were excellent. My dog was the happiest she had ever been at the groomer's when I came to pick her up. Not only was she clean and trimmed from nose to tail, she was clearly given lots of love and pampering. When she later developed a skin rash that required twice weekly baths with medicated shampoo, Lather came to mind. They told me I was welcome to bring her shampoo, and helped me with all the other equipment needed to give her a thorough bath. If you've ever bathed a dog at home, you know you need lots of product for a full groom... not to mention tons of towels, a good dryer, and lots of CLEANING! With all that in mind, their DIY fee is an absolute steal. Do you know how good it feels to walk away from a dirty, hairy tub? I'd happily recommend this joint to anyone with a finicky dog. My dog was comfy, and I had plenty of time and space to do her bath. I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

We did not enjoy our DIY experience here. The owner was very controlling overall yet did not have control of the dogs that were free roaming. Our dog does not like unleashed dogs coming up to him while he is restrained (we repeatedly told them this). Additionally, the shower pressure was subpar and the towels weren’t good quality/absorbent. I thought it was also audacious to ask for a tip for a DIY service.

Great place with friendly people. The doggies being dropped off love the staff and that should be enough of a testimonial. Jeff was real patient and careful with Bhim who has never been professionally groomed. They also accommodated a sitter bringing him in. See before and after pics of how they were able to make Bhim look more like an actual bichón frisé. All the curly matted fur was patiently combed and trimmed. Jeff also has some helpful long term advice for making grooming easier in the future. 10/10 recommend bringing your dog and sitting in the waiting area to play/pet other happy doggies.

Had no problems whatsoever loved the place real modern and nice plus well kept. Bathed 2 doodles and everything was up to par. Great soap great tubs and great dryers. It was a little hectic with dogs running around and got pretty loud while the groomers were bathing but I would definitely recommend and will be going again!
