Meghan at Latitudes has been SO kind and patient with me as I change my mind endlessly over my newest pieces from Latitudes. I have bought a lot of pieces from both locations since they first opened - and I am happy with all of them. Yes, it is a little difficult that they do not do any sort of returns but they're super clear about it up front and I know that going in. Customer service is #1, and these guys definitely have that in order with Meghan at the helm. Thank you so much for your kindness, it makes a huge impact!

Great product at unbelievable prices, but what sets this company apart is the ownership that truly cares about the end customer. Furniture made to last. Company is always pushing the boundaries of current trends and designs. Always amazed to walk around the store and fine new and exciting pieces that seem to come from an ancient past. Top rate store that never disappoints. A pleasure to shop at. Rusty.

My wife and I purchased a custom table from Ricardo and his team at the Prince location. When the table came there were some things we were not 100% pleased with. After speaking with Ricardo about it he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The new table is everything we wanted and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing customer service. I sincerely thank you Ricardo and highly recommend this store.

Ricardo and his team at Latitudes are fantastic to work with. We used to go all the way to Phoenix to go to potato barn but ever since latitudes has opened (their Broadway location) we stopped making the drive to Phoenix since latitudes is in all honesty better and now they have an even bigger building with TONS of stuff so there is never a need to drive all the way to Phoenix. Today we purchased a large sold wood (Aspen I think) table from them, the guys helped me load it on the trailer and asked if I needed any help with strapping it down or anything. Great group of people as well as quality products. I highly recommend latitudes especially there bigger showroom with tons more stuff. This wasn’t a first purchase and I know it won’t be out last. Thank you and see you next time.
