My wife and I hired Caitlyn with Lauren & Co. as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in July of 2025. Caitlyn was an absolute joy to work with. In addition to going above and beyond in the planning process, she was instrumental on ensuring the big day itself went off without any issues. She took initiative and handled every problem, big and small, without us having to even know what was happening, which allowed us to truly enjoy the day stress free. She ended up being my wife's best friend by the end of the night by how personal she made the experience feel. You could tell that she really just wanted us to have an amazing night. We would recommend Lauren & Co. to anybody in the Greater Cleveland Area!

My husband and I got married this October and hired Lauren and Co for our florals and for day of coordinating! I initially chose this company bc it made SO MUCH sense for the coordinating and florals to be coming from the same place, and I’m so glad we chose them! Working with Lauren and her team was amazing!! In the weeks leading up to the big day, Lauren responded timely to emails and texts (and panic calls, lol)! We’ll start with florals - I had a specific vision in mind (moody and romantic for fall) and Lauren was fast to hype up my ideas! She explained ways in which she could make the florals stay within my budget while ensuring we kept dark, moody colored florals (which do tend to be more expensive) and fresh fruit to add texture to center pieces (yes, she secured figs, grapes, pears, etc and hand dipped them in modpodge for longevity!!!)! She attended our last walk through at the venue so she was able to visualize the space and talk through how to best place decor and florals to fill it out. About 2 weeks before the wedding, she noticed a few of my decor ideas had shifted and asked me to come into her office so we could talk things over and get everyone on the same page. She spent THREE hours with me combing through all the items I’d collected, and I truly had not felt more supported in the wedding planning process than in that moment with Lauren. When we did the room reveal, my husband and I were able to see the finished room with the decor and florals in place and it was STUNNING. Lauren’s team nailed every single detail and the florals looked incredible. We received a variety of complements from guests regarding how beautiful the venue looked when it was all decorated! For the coordinating portion - Lauren was our day of coordinator and I honestly don’t think the wedding would have happened without her, HAHA. She was on top of directing her team, our bridal party, guests, and other vendors to where they needed to be and when! We had quite a large group of people that needed directed and she herded us flawlessly!! She ensured our officiant signed our marriage license and her team came prepared with any emergency kit items we could have needed! She came with me to take photos and fluffed/held my dress up multiple flights of stairs to make things easier for me. At the end of the night, her and her team were clean up machines!! They packed everything back into our U-Haul in the same boxes we packaged them in originally so unpacking the U-Haul was a breeze! I would recommend Lauren and her team to anyone! The kindness, creativity, professionalism, and support she provided to us was unmatched and I am grateful, after the time and memories we created together, to call her a friend. She is a wonderful person who had my best interests in mind every step of the way and I can say with full confidence that our wedding would not have been as special as it was without her, her team, and the effort they put into our day. The main reason the day went as smoothly as it did, and how my vision was captured and brought to life. Lauren is the exact person you want in your corner when dealing with the stress of wedding planning. She is super assuring, supportive, and has excellent insight into the industry. In those moments when you feel overwhelmed and stressed, you can count on Lauren to help re-center you. Not to mention, her company is a one-stop shop to really help make the process smooth. The Flower Farm at Standing Rock has a lot of open space, and I wanted to incorporate intentional and purposeful elements to help make it warm and inviting, and really capture my husband and I.. Lauren had everything we needed to execute on that at a fair price. And I didn't have to lift a finger; her team was there as soon as the venue rental time began to start the setup process. At the end of the night, they took everything apart too so my husband and I could be fully present during the day. Caitlyn was my lead co-ordinator for the day, and it honestly felt like I had a best friend looking out for me all day. Don't get me wrong, my dear friends were there to support me throughout the day but Caitlyn knew the ins and outs of what to do to ensure I was taken care of - she was always 3 steps ahead. One of the cutest and most thoughtful things she did was place my getting-ready "Bride" slippers at our sweetheart table before dinner because I had mentioned to her that my feet were really starting to ache about taking photos. The connection that we established in the year of planning has blossomed into a beautiful friendship, and I am so grateful to have had her there by my side during my day, but also now in my life!

Lauren & Co. did a sensational job helping me with my wedding! I had the pleasure of working with Caitlyn who truly made the day go by as smooth as possible! She was a HUGE, HUGE help & I don’t know what I would have done without her!!! I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a coordinator. They also rent out decor which was extremely convenient & helpful! 🤗

It is not an understatement to say that our wedding day would not have been possible without Lauren and her team. Lauren was there to help with anything I could have needed, anticipated needs, and helped us to truly be able to enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. Her entire team was so helpful and made everything go so smoothly throughout the planning process and on the day of. They were all so accommodating and helped us have the perfect day!
