Extremely unprofessional establishment. The shop displayed a 5 PM closing time sign, and I had made an appointment. When I arrived, the shop was already closed. When I called, I was simply told that the employees had already left, without any apology, and with a very unpleasant attitude. This is a complete lack of respect for customers and an unacceptable waste of time. If you don't respect the opening hours, don't make an appointment. Very disappointed. I will never return and I absolutely do not recommend this place. I will report this situation on Google and to consumer protection agencies.

Avoid at all costs. A fortune for an interior/exterior cleaning/waxing job. Sloppy work. Very disappointing. Car washes are rare in Quebec City, unlike in Montreal, and this owner takes full advantage of that without any scruples.

The staff were cold. Several parts of the vehicle weren't even touched. The mirrors, carpets, doors, and small nooks and crannies are still as dirty as when they were first removed.
