It was my first visit to Lavender Nail Bar and I walked in a bit worried since I didn’t know any of the technicians, so I just went with a random pick. Thanh ended up helping me choose the right color and his skills were great! He took the time to adjust everything I asked for and was super patient with my pickiness. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of a couple minor things, but overall I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely be back.

I came yesterday and had the best experience of my life with Helen. Omggggg Helen is who does it the BEST! I showed her what I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. Only thing she verified was the length and did an amazing job. I would recommend to visit and go see ya girl Helen. I can’t wait to come back! 😌💛 The overall service was amazing from others as well. Customer service was perfect and cleanliness is amazing. Highly recommend this Nail Bar!

**Updated review is belowthe original** This was a last min place, and I literally drove 20 min out the way because this place was open after 8P. I was leaving for vacation the next morning, so it didn't matter how far it was. My pictures are literally less than 2 days after getting my nails done. It was nighttime, and I was just trying to get home, so I really wasn't paying attention until the next day when I was leaving for vacation 😪. 2 rhinestones popped off the 1st day, and my gel top coat started chipping. The rhinestones are not even what I was expecting because they are so big. She said they didn't have the small ones & suggested I try the ones you see! I noticed the dip powder didn't cover my full nail. My toes are not even the same color, and they are not even shaped !!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel like they let these 2 techs practice on me because there's no way this is the typical service for the pay ( $152 + tip)🙄. I will definitely go back to discuss this with management as soon as I get back from my vacation . My husband wanted me to go get them done while on vacation, and that was a complete NO! My toe polish looked as if my 10 year old granddaughter did it! I'm so disappointed. I upgraded my stars from a 1 to a 4. I never wanted a refund, I just wanted my nails corrected. I know the lady who did my feet was name Chi & she was great! I didn't want a complete new pedi..I just wanted the polish off and re-done & I went with white this time. FYI. The updated pictures are posted as well. I want to say the lady who corrected my nails name was Ann, but if not, they know who she is. I love my nails. I'm not sure who they had doing my nails at 1st, but the ladies who corrected everything were great. The guys at the front were very attentive & made sure I was ok. I did have to pay extra because I changed from that I had ( that was ok, it was just $25) but I'm pleased with my corrections & will call to make sure these ladies are there the next time I go because now I have trust issues 😆 🤣 😂

I absolutely love Lavender Nail Bar. Vivian is amazing! Not only is her work flawless, but her personality makes the whole experience so enjoyable. My sister got the cutest, most fun acrylics from Kitty and we were both obsessed with how everything turned out. The whole vibe of this place is so relaxing and welcoming. It’s hands down my favorite nail spa!

Dear Manager at Lavender, I’m writing to share my experience from last night, as I’ve been a loyal client at your spa for three years. I usually see Daniela, but yesterday I came in as a walk-in and was attended by Cindy, the first available technician. I arrived around 9:00 p.m. and ended up leaving close to 1:00 a.m., which was quite unexpected given I live only five minutes away. From the moment I arrived, I had to wait quite a bit to be seated, and then about 45 minutes more before Cindy began. She didn’t greet me and insisted that the design I wanted for my wedding nails could only be done with gel. I explained I preferred a traditional manicure and pedicure without gel due to my nails being weak, but she kept insisting loudly until I felt pressured to agree. Even then, another manicurist was going to do my gel nails. Cindy seemed tired during the pedicure and didn’t ask about my preferences for nail length or style. She left my nails unfinished and later returned just to charge extra for the French tip. Additionally, the hand nail design I wanted couldn’t be done as I envisioned because the salon doesn’t have a wide range of nail decor supplies in various sizes, and my nails are quite small. Essentially, I ended up paying for a nail design that I could have easily done at home. As today is my wedding day, I cannot come back to fix this, and I’m disappointed to have spent so much time and not received what I requested. I’m sharing this so you’re aware and I hope it helps improve future client experiences. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Andrea
