I loved it!!!! This was my 1st time here as I just moved from Las Vegas. I was a walk in and was helped right away! Hailey (not sure of the spelling) was AMAZING! She was so cute and fun and professional!! The owner was great also, I don’t catch her name. My nails were amazing! I will def be back for my birthday nails in a couple weeks! I def recommend this shop!!! Amazing customer service!!!!!

I hadn’t had my nails manicured for several decades! But one day my thumb nail broke and it was painful so I scheduled a manicure at Lavender Nail Spa. I was fortunate enough to get Arvin as my “artist “! What’s not to love about Arvin!!! I had a very happy and stress free experience!! … and beautiful nails!

Went there today for first time for a gel mani/pedi and saw Haley. She was absolutely amazing. Took her time, made sure I liked all the progress and was so friendly. I showed her a photo and got exactly what I wanted. Not to mention, all of the staff were very nice and welcoming to all their customers. Very happy!

Came for a French manicure and the lady refused to take off my previous acrilic , quote: it takes too much time. Ended up settling for all white mani that was horrible made. When I asked her to fix it, her answer was to wash my hands and it will look better 😁 Absolutely disappointed! This people need to learn customer service and how to do their job! #2 I came back to show how poor job this lady did. Just a week later my nails are completely destroyed. Is to mention that I have an office job. Anyway, her comments were rude and unprofessional. As a small business owner, idk how you can afford to disrespect customers and be so rude. She also mentioned that I’m supposed to be shamed for not tipping a horrible customer service and nail service. Apparently she doesn’t understand how tipping works. If I’m telling you I’m not happy with your work and asking for one thing and you are not able to deliver, then normally I was not even supposed to pay. Take the charity money lady because your salon it’s a scam and I’ll never be back! P. S. Take some classes. Shame on you ))

Brought my daughter in for her very first pedicure and Diana did amazing on us both! Such a great experience. Tracy does my nails usually and hands down has an amazing eye for detail in her work! I found my new favorite place! Express patience and understanding with them though, there are only two of them working there at the moment and they do get busy and are great at making sure everyone gets an amazing experience!
