Latecia was very gentle with my hair, as in there was no pulling or uncomfortable moments. She also made sure that I was happy with my hair and made adjustments as needed based on my feedback. If I was to give one area of improvement it would be to have a firmer hand/fingers when washing hair, it's nice to feel the fingers really get in to lather the shampoo and during the conditioner as well. Facility wise, the water felt like it switched cold and hot. The chairs could also be a bit more comfortable. Overall I would hook with her again.

Happy doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about my haircut and the overall experience at Lavish Salon. Taylor is AMAZING! I was a bit nervous going in since I’d never had a proper haircut before and was worried about losing too much length. I wanted a butterfly cut, and she truly exceeded my expectations. She was patient, kind, and so easy to talk to. Everything about the experience felt like great vibes. My hair looks healthier, frames my features beautifully, has great volume, and the length stayed exactly where I hoped. It was worth every single penny. I’m absolutely coming back, for hair cut, and probably highlights too. Thank you, Taylor! 💕✨ The place was very organized and neat, stations cleaned and tools were disinfected. I loved it.

Had a scalp treatment and haircut with Cristina today and absolutely loved it. My scalp feels incredibly light and clean after the treatment. Cristina also helped me choose the right hair care for my hair type and condition, which I really appreciate. The haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely be back!

Welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. Well maintained and organized salon. Dan was so kind and extremely patient and took her time to go over different options and explain how certain styles are achieved. She helped me make an informed decision on how I really wanted my hair to look. Everything was amazing from start to finish and I love my new haircut. Will definitely be coming back to her! P.s. The coffee was also delicious!

We had such a wonderful experience with Cristina ! My daughter has long, thick, slightly wavy hair, and Cristina gave her a beautiful layered cut with bangs in the front — exactly how we requested and just like the picture I showed her. She truly understands our hair type and took the time to listen patiently to everything I said. Cristina was so calm and gentle with my daughter, making the whole process smooth. She's incredibly professional, skilled, and great with kids. We’re so happy we found her — highly recommend!
