I was extremely pleased with Bernie’s legal services. It was very clear in court he had great relationships with everyone he interacted with. Strengths: - Jury Selection Process - Cross-Examining - Trial Prep - Presentment of Case - Communication - Consistency After being indicted for a crime I didn't commit, I selected a high-profile attorney who ultimately didn't move my case forward very far in two years. It was decided that new counsel was needed, and I met with several criminal attorneys across Nashville. After meeting with Bernie, I knew he was who I wanted. He knew strategies and legal procedures I had never been told by any other attorney. He changed the course of my case. He knew I had no intention of settling or taking a deal. He knew I was innocent and was determined to prove it to a jury. Watching Bernie during trial is something to behold. The man just seems to embody law and justice.
