I am very glad I found Michael McCarroll and his staff. He helped me with the N400 application and I became a citizen two days ago! It took 10 months and a lot of stress. Between the fact finding ( of 40 years of living in the United Sates), a postponement due to family matters and a government shutdown, it was all a big rollercoaster for me. Michael was extremely helpful all along. He and his staff answered all my questions, throughout with no delay. Michael was especially calming and patient with me, considering my stress. Michael is knowledgable, profesional, efficient, in addition to showing compassion and friendliness. His staff is also very dependable and quick. The price is fair and details are well communicated.
