As I was visiting from out of state and received a ticket in North Carolina, I didn’t want the hassle of returning for a court date. I contacted Tony and he handled everything for me. His team kept me informed throughout the process and got my ticket reduced. I highly recommend Tony and his team for any traffic-related issues.

I had a horrific experience with the Law Office of Tony Huynh. I hired this firm to handle a simple traffic infraction, and Courtney Bachman was assigned to represent me. She failed to show up to multiple scheduled court dates without notifying me. Because of this, I unknowingly had my driver’s license suspended — something that could have had serious legal and financial consequences for me. When I tried to get answers, Ms. Bachman repeatedly blamed the court and provided misleading information instead of taking responsibility for her no-shows and lack of communication. I was left in the dark and only discovered the license suspension after the fact. The situation was eventually corrected only after Mr. Tony Huynh personally stepped in. To his credit, he acknowledged that my case had been entirely mishandled, corrected the issue, and reimbursed me appropriately. However, this never should have happened in the first place. If you are looking for an honest attorney who will actually show up to your court dates and communicate responsibly, I would not recommend this law firm. The stress and risk caused by this negligence far outweighed any benefit of hiring them.

The office returned my call for a consultation quickly and handled my speeding ticket with the best possible results. Very easy to deal with and the process was so smooth, I had forgotten about the court date entirely until I got the email saying it was resolved.
