I have been a client of Scott Wisers for over two years. Scott helped me, not only through what seemed to be an insurmountable custody battle, having filed for parent time from out of state, but also expertly pivoted strategy once I relocated to Utah. Scott helped me not only navigate an extremely contentious custody battle, but got me, the father, joint legal and physical custody on a very robust schedule. I will also add, Scott is also a great defense attorney (for his family law clients) who find themselves embroiled in accusations. Scott not only successfully navigated the numerous investigations I faced after we filed, but we came out on top every single time.
