Would give a negative star review if able!! **** My opinion**** I would never use this firm again!! Nick is as rude as they come and talks to you like you are stupid. Worst experience of my life dealing with some of the ppl. You do not get any communication unless you call them. They take the greatest portion of the settlement and literally leave you with nada. They file on your insurance when you are NOT at fault even when you state multiple times DO NOT FILE ANYTHING ON MY INSURANCE. Other party took responsibility right off the bat so no reason to file on my policy but they did anyway then Nick wants me to believe that in his 14 yrs of representing people he has NEVER had a client whose premiums went up!! Complete horse manure. I believe it is a total racket between insurance, accident and injury practices and the lawyers they do business with. Someone runs a stop sign totals your car and this firm does nothing in your favor. Don’t buy the 5 star reviews. Average American here and I hope you listen to the ones of us that give our opinion after experience DO NOT HIRE this firm

Was referred to this law firm from someone else.everything started out well, until the lawyer i had was no longer employed there.I called about my case multiple times so I could start back paying towards the fees only to get the run around. The money that was put towards my fees I could have used somewhere else.now im out the money and have to find another firm in order to file bankruptcy
